Keyways are pleased to welcome Leslie Mitchell from Gallery 22 as a new customer.
Leslie has a well established interior design business which she runs alongside her art gallery on Victoria Road in Hale. The art gallery which is situated opposite the railway station car park has many original and valuable paintings as well as limited edition prints.
Leslie's business needed an alarm and to provide protection and meet her insurance company's requirement s so she installed an alarm 7 years ago. The original company was then bought out by a national American owned business so she thought she was in good hands.
It was only when she happened to visit Keyways getting some keys cut that she looked into what Keyways could offer her and she asked for one of Keyways's surveyors to visit
It became apparent immediately that the alarm was very out of date; not only the alarm panel but the bell box outside was looking tired and not providing a good visual deterrent.
Keyways replaced the alarm control panel for a sophisticated system that can send her text messages to inform her of alarm activations as well as a text when other users operate her system. We also replaced the bell boxes and upgraded a few other items that were necessary to bring the system back to peak condition.
To Leslie's surprise and delight we were able to do all this work for not much more than Leslie was paying for her annual maintenance and monitoring charge. And the nicest surprise is that Leslie's annual charges have now dropped by a staggering 40%.
